Unexpectedly these shoes were not comfortable at all. They seemed to have no padding and no arch support whatsoever. Most Ara styles run half a size larger than usual in my experience - this was a full size larger. They are disappointing all around but due to the great Zappos free and fast shipping and amazing customer service no worries!

Had to buy silver shoes for my brother's wedding, and my size 12 feet left few options. These shoes looked reasonably stylish, but were at least half a size too big. In addition, the heel felt very wobbly and seemed about to break off at several points during the afternoon. (I am 5' 8" and weigh 200 pounds, and I was not confident the shoes could hold me up.) In addition, the bottom of the shoe had very little padding, meaning that the balls of my feet were terribly painful for most of the day. I'm glad the wedding is over and I won't be wearing these again.

I have ordered at least 4 pairs of Annie's for special occasions and they are always and easy to wear. Plus, there are all different kinds of styles so there is something for everyone.
