I love the look of these sandals but they seem to run at least half a size too big. They seem well made and I am loving Zappos' customer service so I can easily exchange these for a smaller size. I will

These are very comfortable sandals, but the straps are too loose for me and are not adjustable (you can only adjust the strap around the ankle). I would try a narrow if it were available. I will definitely
keep my eye on
Softspots for future styles!

Zappos continues to provide the most amazing service ever. I called in my exchange after 7pm EST and the next size down in these sandals were at my doorstep in less than 24 hours! Wow! So I can now tell you that these sandals, one-half size smaller are just a little too short. The left side fit pretty well with my toes just clearing the slight ridge at the top edge of the footbed. The heel I could adjust to fit well although there was room at the "t" portion of the top of the sandal. The right side was even wider in that section and the heel strap could not be adjusted to grip my heel tighter. Again, just barely fit the front of the footbed. Too bad. These sandals are really attractive and lightweight but needs someone with a "deeper", ie, higher volume, foot. If you pronate, you may not find enough support for long walks.

I have some foot problems so have trouble finding comfortable
shoes. These have great cushioning and look good too.

This shoe fits all weird...wide at the front, tight at the back and the footbed for a wide isn't really wide. Plus it looks like it would be soft leather but it's a bit scratchy. They look nice in the box but are not attractive on.

My Mom loved the
shoes! They are very comfortable and fit well. I don't normally buy
shoes from the internet but couldn't find just the right style. I would absolutely buy here again.

I bought 2 pairs of these they are so comfortable. I have been wearing them all summer and can walk for miles in them. They look casual for the day, but cute with long summer dresses for night.

This shoe I took on vacation it says a wide I could not get half of my foot in the shoe this shoe is definitley a narrow shoe!
