This shoe is light and comfortable but runs at least a size large, even with ankle socks. Also note that the velcro tab does not actually help the shoe fit any tighter. It feels more like a moccasin or slipper than an athletic shoe.

Great shoes! Very comfortable, light and good looking. They really do run large though. I have wide feet and upon other reviews I ordered size 8 instead of usual 8.5, yet still the shoes feel a bit spacious. I will order another pair in different color and one size smaller, perfect for my upcoming Hawaiian adventure vacation.

This shoe is very comfortable and fairly cute, although not as cute as my Keen Madrid Ballerina shoes. The only real complaint I have about these shoes is that they absolutely stink when you get them wet. Since they're designed for water to go through the mesh, they should have considered the smell factor. Other than that, they're great shoes!

What an amazing comfortable shoe! It's like a slipper. I took the advice of other commenters and bought a full size down (I'm a size 9, and bought an 8) and it fits like a glove. Thinking of buying a spare pair!

Adorable in navy! So comfortable for walking, especially in hot weather. Vent well, stretch comfortably when feet swell from walking all day. I walked all over Italy in August and they were awesome! These shoes have very good grip for uneven ground (like steep inclined or cobblestones) and they flex as you walk for light/natural footstep. Caution: holes through bottom mean they vent air to keep your feet dry while you walk, but also that liquids can pass through to your feet. Don't walk through any standing puddles of unknown liquid.
