I began by saying that the service is always outstanding when I order an item from the company called Zappos. The customer service personnel on the other end of the phone are always courteous, each and every time I call. But best thing of all is 99.8% of the time I always get my shoes the next day, depending if I make the order deadline. I made the mistake and ordered some shoes from another company. Because Zappos did not have the shoes I wanted. I never do that again. It took six days to receive my shoes. By the way if you ever get some M.J. in stock, you will make me a happy man. Now to the reason for me contacting your company. My AND1 Total Assist is an outstanding shoe. And I receive lots of compliments, on the looks and styling. Some people do not believe they are Basketball shoes. Zappos keep up the outstanding work. And above all, keep the faith.

Not as good as the Nike Overplay 6. Material seemed thin and cheap, little padding, sewing was poor, a lace was unraveling, and the heel feels like it tilts inward awkwardly. it certainly looks cool, but does not makeup up for below average workmanship and materials.
