These were really cute and comfortable except for the front part of the boot. It was too stiff and hurt when I walked. Maybe some breaking in would help, but I returned them.

Ordering the
Softspots Scotia Ankle Boot was my first order with Zappos. I ordered this ankle boot from another source and a few days later I was informed that they didn't have my size. I checked the web to see who else offered this boot. Zappos had the color and size I needed so I took a chance and ordered the boot. It was very easy placing my order and to my surprise, the boot was delivered to my home in one day. This never happened before. I was so pleased with the boot that I ordered another pair in a different color. Zappos is a wonderful company and I will definitely order again from them. I also like the idea that if you need to make an exchange you do not get charged for the return postage. Kudos to Zappos!

Super cute boot but just didn't fit right. I normally wear a 7 1/2 W, ordered 7 1/2W and it felt to short in the toe box as I was putting it on...first thought was order next size up but when I got it all the way on, it was a little loose in the heel and tight in the toe box. Weird, but it is what it is. Will be sending them back.

As soon as I put this boot on, I was in love. It is incredibly comfortable, the heel is sturdy, and the width was perfect, even with wool socks. I was looking for a comfortable, cute boot that could be worn around on errands or out at night. This fit my needs exactly. I have walked miles around my town and my feet never hurt. Only unfortunate aspect is that the bow detail is hidden unless you are wearing tights or very skinny jeans that can be tucked in.

Sooooo comfortable and stylish too. Love these boots with jeans or with short shirts/dresses. I have worn these all day with a lot of walking and still had happy feet at the
end of the day. Feels like wearing slippers!

I've had a pair of
Softspots booties for a few years and they are the most comfortable boots ever! I wanted something in a brown suede style - so
Softspots was the first place I checked. I'm not disappointed! I love these! They are just as comfortable as my others and they look great with jeans! Another fantastic Zappos purchase!

I love Zappos because I wear a 7 W and it is hard to find my size anywhere else. These booties are very comfortable and the heel height is just right. Great with pants and skirts.

These boots were so comfortable that I went to look for more styles from this brand. There is a good cushion under the ball of the foot and the heel is just the right height. The suede exterior is velvety soft. I have gotten lots of compliments on them.
