Cute style but AWFUL fit! I had originally ordered these
shoes in a size 9. I wanted a cute pair of flats to wear to a career fair. When they arrived and didn't fit I exchanged them for a 9.5 (thanks Zappos). I wore the 9.5 to the career fair and wanted to die by the
end of the day! The toe box was crammed and the insert cut into the bottom of my foot. I'm returning these
shoes and will buy a completely different pair.

These
shoes are really cute and broke in nicely after 2 days. I only have two complaints about these
shoes. The first is that the underside of the toe scuffs easily, but they wouldn't be as cute with a larger
sole, so I completely undertand this. The second thing is that the leather at the toe rubs the polish off of my toes. The
shoes fit great, but where my toes touch the top as I walk, it wears my polish off. I've never had another pair of
shoes that did this.

I bought the
shoes in navy blue; they are really cute, but very narrow. I normally wear wides, but had to return the wide in these
shoes for a WW. Even with going up a width, they still pinch and are not totally comfortable. Really cute, but I can't wear them every day.

I have large feet (11 wide) but these were huge on me. Even after putting in heel grips they still fall off as I walk. The cushion in the bottom of the shoe broke and the contents leaked out into the shoe (very sticky!). Overall, cute style, nice leather, but definitely not something I would buy again.

I have worn these
shoes 4 times and outside of the heel has worn off. Looks like a design flaw.
I am returning them.

I love these
shoes! I followed other reviewers' advice and ordered a half size larger. They are a perfect fit. They are also reasonably comfortable for being flat.

shoes are the perfect flats. They are so comfortable. It's hard to find wide width
shoes at stores. Zappos always has a great variety of them. I've been very pleased with the quick shipping and the products I've bought.

I have actually worn a pair of these out and am back for a second. I am on my feet all day at my job and what I can tell you is that the gel in the heel can be uncomfortable until it is broken in. Also the lining of the shoe is a nude color which shows around the top edge. I often wear these with dark stocking and until I ran a black permanent marker around the top inside edge, it looked a little weird. Don't expect great support, but they are comfortable when broken in and look cute and professional too. I love that the style of this shoe looks grown up but not orthopedic and so I am back for round 2!

This shoe is comfortable and casual. I have worn them to work (I'm a teacher) and out in the evening with jeans. A little rubbing on the top, but nothing major. No support, but what do you expect from a "flat"? Has not scuffed yet, even when I expected it to. I would buy this shoe again.
