My foot doctor recommended Skechers Shape Ups and sandals to help relieve plantar fasciitis because they keep the pressure off of the heel of my foot. So far they seem to be helping and are easy to wear.

I need this sole for my problem foot but like to wear clean indoor shoes inside and outdoor shoes outside. I also have a wide foot so I increased the size by one size. I have to wear a thin sock to wear it but it does go on. It is a very comfortable shoe and I will be glad when I have stretched it wider.

The narrative on these shoes says "great for a walk on the water's edge". I purchased these shoes with that in mind. Now that they have arrived, I don't see how these shoes are at all appropriate for use near the water. I don't see the foam and leather as being waterproof or water resistant material. Personally, the narrative was a bit misleading, particularly if you are looking for a shoes to wear near the water. So these may be perfectly lovely shoes, but they don't need the need for which I purchased them and are going back. They are definitely not an aqua shoe, nor a stylish summer sandal. They remind me of something you might find in an Easy Spirit store. They may be perfectly fine sandals, but I am returning since they were not as I was expecting.

Well, I guess you either like or dislike the rocker MBT-like soles on these shoes. The sizing was right but because it's a slide style, I personally felt very unbalanced in these sandals. My daughter owns the athletic shoe version of these and she says she likes them because they correct her posture. Not my issue. Wanted something cushy and supportive but these did NOT fit the bill.

I admit I was first drawn to the name 'School Girl' (don't I wish!). They looked like they would be perfect this winter with knee or over-the-knee socks in cozy colors. But the shoe was too snug, especially since I'd be wearing it with thicker socks. Not only that, the shoe felt hard and boxy across the toes and instep, even though there was wiggle room there. (Hard as cement, and not worth going up a size.) I'm sending them back with regret, because they are cute shoes -- but just not for me.

Shorter than size marked, and also narrower. Unfortunate, because I love the style! I really could not judge the arch support because my foot did not fit correctly in the shoe.
