I'm a decathlete, and I found these spikes to be extremely fast and light, but they come with plastic permanent spikes on the inner plate, and those spikes bother my feet, so eventually I just cut them off and now they're some of my favorite spikes. Very supportive for jumping. I use them for sprints, hurdles, long
jump, and pole vault.

My daughter is a JR in high school who runs 400m and 800m needed new spikes. She fell in love with the style and color. Looked even better in person and on her feet. She has ran 2 track meets and loves the look, feel and performance of the shoe. Great purchase, great styles... Go

My daughter loves these so much that after regular track season was done and they were getting a little tight, we ordered another pair for post season. She uses these for sprints, hurdles and long
jump with no complaints of sore feet or fit. The colors are quite bright (first had purple and now the green which she loves) and give a bit of swagger as you get into the blocks. Makes you look even faster than you are!!

Perfect fit. The green
Puma is actually a lot greener than the one in the picture and is
almost like a glow in the dark green; it looks really flashy.
Zappos got this product to me faster than expected. All in all, the shoe is nice and Zappos has the best shipping!

Great fit and look for the price. The spikes that come with it weren't the best quality and didn't last the first meet, 2 broke
and 1 came out completely.

Just got these, and they're great for indoor, and I know they'll be just as excellent for outdoor track as well. Feels like they're best for 300, or 200 meter. Feel pretty quality, and look niceee. All the colorways are great, but I ended up getting the green. They are incredible comfy, and provide a surprising amount of comfort and cushion. Lightweight, and I don't really think this is a problem, but the laces are very thick, and when at the last lacehole they get a little short. Overall, the perfect sprinting spikes for someone like me who is sprinting at a high school level. definitely reccomended!

Puma Complete TFX Sprint 3 at United Kingdom, not at Zappos.The shoe color is the one shown above. It's a very good sprint spikes, very light, very fast! It's the fastest sprint spike a wore. This shoe is the best! Let me tell you, Zappos is a very good online shopping website. Buy your things here!

The spikes are beautiful. The only problem with the spikes is that it run large in the toe area.
