The dress is not completely see-through from top to bottom - as the one review stated. Only the sleeves and the very bottom of the dress are see through, but it's not that bad when you wear dark black tights. You can even wear it with a black slip if it really bothers you, but it only shows your thighs, nothing more (which is the reason for the 4 stars on style, other than that, the dress is awesome).

I love this dress! Going to wear it to my friend's wedding. It's super comfortable, but very feminine at the same time. Had to give the style 4 stars because I wish it was a bit longer, but when you wear it with dark black tights, it kind of helps. I might even try to find a slip that has similar fabric to add to the length. And, I received my package the next day! I love Zappos!

Love this! I wear it as a tunic with leggings, but it is really pretty, and I have received compliments on it. Quality seems fine.

I love this dress! I got the black one it is pretty short, I'm 5'7 125lbs so I got a medium thinking it would be longer... not so much but wore a black slip under it with nude platform heels...and I got tons of complements.

The color is quite different than the picture. I would say it is eggplant. Fit is good. Looks cute with tights or leggings. I am 5'3 and 120 lbs, and small was a little big. It is a sheer, but not see through.

My 26 year old daughter ordered two of these.... black and purple. She is 5'2" and wears a size M and this is what she ordered and it was perfect. Adorable dress; she wore it with black stockings, a long necklace, and heels. Great dress at a good price.

Very feminine, very cute dress. I'm 5'4, and the length wasn't bad on me. It's slightly sheer, but not see through - just near the bottom. The mid section is not see through or sheer at all. I think it's just the way the light hits the bottom layers. Good price for the quality of the dress. Love it!

I found this dress to have an unflattering tent look (and I don't like things too fitted). The purple is pretty, but I'm returning it.

This dress runs large. The Boysenberry color is actually more of a red than the purple shown in the picture.
