This is the first time I have bought from Zappos. I am very pleased with my experience. I bought this pair of shoes which fit well are very comfortable. The reverse heel is the only type of shoe I can wear and not have my feet hurt. Zappos is one of the few places I can find them. I did buy another pair of sandals that did not fit; I returned them them, got a credit and had another pair of a different size the next week. I actually got a real person on the phone when I called about how to exchange them. I highly recommend Zappos. They are great.

Cute concept, but the heel area is too wide and even when the strap is snug, there is slippage in the back of the shoe. And too much brown. Maybe a black sole would have looked a little more dressier.

This was my first time buying this brand as I'm usually a Dansko girl, but a friend of mine loves this brand. So, I thought I'd try it out. The sandal felt about a half size smaller than marked, but it still worked for me. It also felt a bit narrow. My feet are flat, so this arch support dug into my feet causing blisters until I broke them in. Also the back heel caused a blister. I'm still trying to break that part in. As others stated, the front strap felt a bit tight but did stretch after the first wear. I contemplated sending them back, but they are too cute. A little paper tape on the blisters and a few wears later, this sandal will be good to go.

Most comfortable boot I have ever worn. The Cole Haan sole is extremely well made and complements the overall look. The buckle adds an additional statement.

This is a really nice boot, with typical Cole-Haan attention to quality in shoe making and materials. The only drawback was that the boot runs a solid half size small, so I had to exchange my usual size 9 for a 9.5. Once I did that, the boot fit well, and is extremely comfortable.
