This pan was bought to replace an earlier model which must have been at least 15 years old. Even though I could have returned it to Calphalon under it's Life-Time Guaranty program, it wouldn't have been right given how well the pan served me over the years. This new pan is a wonderful delight. Just as I have come to expect of Calphalon pans nothing sticks if used as directed. A breeze to clean. I usually just wipe out with a damp paper towel. My only complaint (and only reason for not giving it 5 stars) is that the handle on the glass cover is so high that it will not nest (when inverted) within the pan. This has created a storage problem for me. Hopefully this feedback will result in a better design for the cover.
