Love this pair of shorts! It sits a big higher than I would normally wear cute little jean shorts, but these are lighter weight and cute style. They still sit just below the belly button as shown in the pic, and certainly come up higher in the back, but the fit is perfect. The legs don't flair out at all, which is important to me. I don't normally wear tucked in shirts, and these would kinda require that you do so you can see all the detail and the drawstring, but they looked darling with a tank top tucked in, very classy, yet trendy too, in a casual sort of way. The length is perfect too, not too short, not too long. I only wish they had other colors.
