Nice boot but couldn't justify the amount of dollars for boots made in China. These boots were comfy and good looking, but when I saw they were made in China, I couldn't justify that price when I knew I could get boots for similar price made in Europe. I did. I found a very similar, very comfy boot by Gabor. Love the Gabor 36.085. I gave this Gentle Souls boot a 1 star for high price made in China. Thank you Zappos for offering a great selection of shoes made in Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany, France and other European countries.

The PERFECT short boots! They feel like walking in tennis shoes even though they are adorable wedges. Cozy, warm, and chic all wrapped up in the perfect bootie. Thank you Gentle Souls. I will be buying more of your shoes from now on!

One of the highest quality boots I have ever tried. Perfect fit, excellent leather, amazing comfort. However, the Camel color is horrendous in person. So I will either wait for the Oxblood color to come in or purchase the Black. But the Camel is going back today!

I was looking for the perfect boots. I have recently bought and received several, just to sadly return each pair. Alas, my search has ended! These are absolutely amazing. Just what I was looking for: cute as all get out, and comfortable through long commutes in New York City. I did not think much of the deerskin lining when I ordered these, but when they arrived and I put them on I discovered that it is actually incredibly soft and comfortable. These are by far the most comfortable shoes that I have ever put on my feet. Hands down - and I am a shoe person. There was no break in period with these. I do not even notice that I am at a 2" incline. Once I got past the awe I experienced over the extreme comfort, I then fell in love with the style. They are insanely cute with jeans, jeggings, shorts, skirts. I highly recommend these. I just might have to check out some other Gentle Souls styles. Kudos Kenneth Cole. Well done.

These are not as comfortable as described! For the price I could not believe how disappointing it was to find one of the shoes looking quite wrinkled while the other looked incredibly smooth. They are going back soon!
