First of all, amazing speed in delivery! It was almost unbelievable! Secondly, I ordered two pairs of shoes. One was too large and returning it was a snap. I am very pleased!

Great for picky kids. Price is right when you consider the junk you buy for 1/2 the price. Great sole and arch support for developing feet. High quality shoe that will be passed on through the other kids.

Our entire family wears Chacos, and I highly recommend them! I can't say enough great things about Zappos...we order all of our shoes (for our family of 5) from this website. I have never been disappointed in the 2 years I've used them. All my shoes arrive before the promised date!

These shoes are amazing. My feet have never been so comfortable and plus these are the only stylish chacos i could find in my size. Super great on rafting trips.

We and my daughter love these sandals! They are her third pair of Chacos and have always proven to be well worth the money. She has wide feet with a high in-step and because these sandals are totally adjustable, it's like they are custom fit for her. They wash well, don't wear out (may have a good resale value), and they're cute!

I love these shoes. They fit great and are very comfortable. I wear a womens size 6 and the youth size 5 are a perfect fit for me. Will buy another pair. Thanks again Zappos for such fast shipping.

Great sandal. I love Chaco's. I have a small foot so its great to find the support in a childs shoe. Love the style and color. I have 2 pair of Chaco's and will probably get more lol (I love shoes). Zappos is my favorite place to get shoes...

Can't say enough about these shoes! We originally ordered seven pair (fitting 3 kids) from Zappos not knowing anything about fit or style. Ended up keeping 3 pair. I did find out that you can wear the 6 youth instead of the 7 women and save money. My daughter has been having problems with one of her feet and these shoes are perfect for her. Great support! Chacos are the new fav shoe for us! Also, thank you to Zappos for the great customer support, fast support and easy returns! We are a customer for life!

My daughter loves these shoes. She loves the lining. You should note that these shoes have no cushion whatsoever, so it feels like wearing fuzzy socks and no shoes so if your child needs support or has any foot issues these are not the shoes for you. I have these in my size and it is a bit of an issue. I also had to purchase a 1/2 size up for myself, so I did the same for my daughter and they seem slightly loose. Still, very cute shoe and comfortable as long as you don't require a performance shoe.
