I read the reviews of this shoe and was not going to order them. I did get them knowing that with Zappos' service that returning them would not be an issue. I did not have any problem getting then on or off. Though I must admit that the zipper situation is silly and poorly designed. I love them though and am keeping them. I have the Lakota and love them and wanted another pair. These definitely fit the bill. Maybe I just have a narrow foot and do not have a problem with these and love them!

I don't quite understand these boots. The zippers don't go down far enough to get your foot inside. They are nice looking and all but what's up with the zipper??

I ordered this boot in two sizes to make sure I had the right fit. Although they were cute, the zipper on the side does not zip down more than one inch. This makes it impossible to put these boots on. I even undid the buckle, thinking that this would solve the problem. It didn't. There is a serious problem with the way these boots were put together and I do not recommend them. I am returning both pairs today. I would give them 0 stars for overall and comfort if that option was available.

I had no problem getting them on. The zipper and buckle, as mentioned by other reviewers, do not open and go down all the way. It opens up the ankle area just enough to make these a bit better than pure slip-on styles with elastic in the same location. The buckle and rest of the zipper are really just there for styling. I also like how the stacked
sole lessens the heel height as when I took them out of the box I was afraid the heel was too high. They feel pretty good on with a bit of tightness in the toe box - which is surprising because it's a square toe box. I am probably keeping these unless the Cole Haan's I got in the wrong size feel better when I get the correct size. I was looking for as comfortable a boot as possible and these very well may fit the bill. The heel padding helps with comfort. Oh, and they look cute on with skirts and leggings and should look good with jeans too!

First of all, zippers would not go down on either boot. Neither would budge, therefore I was not even able to try them on. On top of that, there is a huge style flaw in that you have to undo the buckle to be able to zip and unzip the boot. I was really dissapointed because the look of the boot was awesome.
