These boots slouch and do not stay up if you wear them under skirts then they rub together and make walking uncomfortable.

Gorgeous, well made, perfect heel height. Just go a 1/2 size up of you want to wear socks in your boots! I go barefoot and live in boots all fall and winter. These are awesome! Tall shaft that does not slouch, beautiful boot. Enough shaft room to wear skinny jeans inside boot too! A must have!

Okay, I love these boots! Color is a really dark blue. Only one major problem I had. The left boot stood up straight, good crease and did not slouch, but the right one, not so good. It slouched way below my calf. So, I'm exchanging for another pair. Wish me luck!

The boot is the perfect blend of simple elegance and country chic (as am I). well made and beautifully crafted to wear over your skinny jeans or under that sun dress. I chose the brown leather instead of the suede as it is easier to take care of. If you don't plan on caring for a boot like this there's no point in buying it. especially when you can't beat the price. I am a boots and jeans kinda girl and these fit my lifestyle perfectly. They are comfortable and so easy to wear. I have small feet and a small frame to match so the sizing was no problem. Kudos,

They are perfect. I bought them because I wanted a boot that could be worn with a skirt or leggings and these fit the bill. They could be dressy or could be casual and I love that about them. As for sizing, I went with a 1/2 size bigger and I can feel that my right foot is slipping a bit more than I would like. I'm wearing thin boot socks or tights with them, but they will slip a bit. Otherwise, they are very comfortable. I also have a big calf and while these were supposed to measure 15"...they fit perfectly and are not snug on my calf at all. My calf measured exactly 15" so I was nervous, but it really is a great fit. I also don't have any slouching, but that's probably also due to the size of my calf. A win win for me!

I absolutely love this boot. I was looking for a cowboy style boot as I am tiring of the riding boot style. In the reviews it stated it was slouchy, however in the leather version it does not slouch at all!!! Very happy with this fashionable, comfortable boot!

This boot is amazing. I am between 5' 6" and 5' 7", size 7 and the boot reaches really high, right to the bending point of my knee. The leather is really nice and stiff, no slouch at all. I have pretty small calves and there is nice room, but, again, since it doesn't slouch it looks rustic and clean, instead of pirate-y. It definitely runs a bit big in the foot, I am between a 7 and a 7.5 and the 7 is a little big still. Nothing some knee high socks won't fix! Only possible downside is that it is a bit light on the
sole traction, but I have little stickies to help with that.

So, I have these in other colors in my true size. For the bblue suede I ordered a 1/2 size up so I can wear sock and they are perfect! Lightning fast shipping from zappos!Ordered yesterday and they arrived before noon today! Wow. I just don't know how they do it!

Love these but mine came with spots on the right toe. No problem, as Zappos has the best customer service on the planet! Zappos emailed me the return label, and already sent the replacement boots! Wow! Just go a 1/2 size up if you like to wear socks in your boots, I go barefoot in my boots so my 7.5 foot just fit in the 7.5 of these. I ordered the blue suede (seriously, you never see that color!) in an 8 so I can wear my dark skinny jeans, socks and big sweater! Cozy! Can't wait for those to get here! Great boots, perfect heel, love the tall shaft with room! A+ Boots!
