Like the shoe. Generally get a wide shoe and this fit nicely, not too thin and not too wide. Like Goldilocks, they fit "just right."

This is a great sandal. It fits perfect and looks great with anything. I have worn this walking all day and they were very comfortable. This was my first purchase from Zappos and was really impressed with the service and delivery. Will definitely purchase from here again!

I am very satisfied with my
Softspots Hanna. They are pretty, soft and very wearable. The return service (if needed) tales the worry out of purchasing something that is not suitable.

I really liked the look of this shoe and was hoping for better, but when I tried it on, it was just too narrow. I'm usually a regular/medium, but this was very narrow at the arch area (middle of my foot) and therefore offered no support. Otherwise, I thought the leather and
sole were very comfortable & the height and length were a great fit.

This is a really cute sandal but it runs big, both longer and wider than usual. Unfortunately I had to send them back. Zappos has excellent customer service and was very good about crediting my account quickly.

I have this same upper-leather design in the wedge with an ankle strap by soft spots. I have narrow feet and usually wear B/M, but these seemed very loose across the top of my feet,
almost giving the feeling that they might fall off when I walked. Decided to return them, just wasn't that appealing in this style.
