I can't believe how small these shoes run. I don't know what it is about Softspots, but I bought two different styles in my usual size and I couldn't get my foot into either one. This was the worst of the two. I wear a 9.5 W and I couldn't begin to wedge my foot into a 9.5 W of this shoe. I wouldn't even know where to start ordering a different size as I'd started with a 9.5 WW due to the style (I've found that shoes pieced together in the front tend to have less room in the toe area). So, both pairs of Softspots are getting sent back and I'll be keeping two pairs of different brands.

I am sorry I had to return these shoes. Style-wise and quality-wise, they are exactly what I wanted. However, they are much too narrow and I did purchase them in my usual 9.5WW size. Hopefully, my next pair of shoes from Zappos will fit much better.

I really like the looks but they felt smallish. I have a wide foot and thought about going up a half size but decided not to.

The most comfortable shoe I've found in years with the arch exactly matching my arch. Since purchasing the Aeryn and another style of Softspots I no longer get leg cramps at night nor foot cramps in the daylight. I just hope they continue offering AA and don't go to "one size fits all mediums."

Wanted an casual/sporty alternative for wearing with jeans this winter. These are really cute and comfy. Feel great.

A great size, good material, enough compartments but not too many and very versatile in carrying options. I like the single strap.
