The product is exactly what I expected, but my review is more about the service from Zappos that it is about their product. The UPS delivery driver dropped off the package at the wrong address and it was not returned to me. It wasn't Zappos fault, but I called customer service. Without hesitation, they promised me a replacement shipment and e-mailed me a gift certificate because of the inconvenience. They sent the new shipment, priority, the same day I called and I received it two days later. That was truly excellent service and anytime I'm shopping on line I will order from Zappos whenever possible.
