I haven't been able to wear a "heel" in so long that I felt like a queen in these. But my surgically altered feet are extremely sensitive and these seemed a little too hard. Also the front of the boot wanted to cut into my leg. So reluctantly sending them back. Strong feel will not have my problem.

I have these in dark brown and absolutely love them. They are a solid 5 stars! They are extremely comfortable and stable and great height without feeling like I'm even wearing heels. I have metatarsalgia and so have a lot of difficulty finding shoes that work and these do not aggravate it at all. They are well worth the money! Kork-Ease is quickly becoming my favorite brand of shoe. (that aren't running shoes) Zappos - please get these in black, I love you and feel guilty purchasing from your competitors!

I bought these boots in Nero and I love the fit, comfort and style. The boots are true to size. I highly recommend them. I am trying to get another pair in 8 but they are not available. I know that I am going to wear these out. I love the boot's, style and sleek look.

I love the kork-ease brand and have several of their styles. I was waiting for Zappos to get these since I have to buy from Sundance and pay shipping. However, I was very disappointed with the cut on these- they kill my fit just putting them on, forget about walking in them. I hope folks have better luck than I did because they are super cute.

Shoe Love!! I've had these out of the box just moments, but think I'm already in love.... As I had hoped, the platform makes the heel feel so much smaller than it looks (it's higher, but it has just a little more incline than a Dansko or Ariat). The fit is perfect, the quality is top-notch, the color (I got carbon) is nice and neutral. These will be great with jeans (for a longer leg-line, thank you!), or with dresses and tights (cute bootie). I've tried on Kork-Ease before, but the price is more than I usually like to spend. This time I'm going to KEEP them and LOVE them and not regret it.

Best money I have ever spent. I didn't even need the elastic part. It fits just fine and I am a 16 and half calf. But these looks like it can easily fit up to 18. Only thing is I had to get a 7w. 7m was a little snug.

I have ordered 4 pair of wide calf boots this year from various places, and finally went ahead and ordered these from Zappos. I had great luck with some RSVP wide calf boots last year, and love Fitzwell pumps, so spent the extra money on these. Totally worth it. The leather is real, it's beautiful, and the hardware is nice. As other reviewers have stated, the foot is narrower than marked, so I made sure to order accordingly. I have a 19" calf circumference and have plenty of room to tuck in my skinny jeans. Got tons of compliments on them. I walked around all day in them and they were super comfortable. Cannot recommend these enough. Would love if they made these in a camel or cognac color - the dark brown is very dark.

Gorgeous pair of boots. Perfect effortless fit for my 18 inch calves. I have never been able to find a stylish leather boot that fits me well. Always a little too on the tight side. These fit w/ room for at least a finger or two, so I know I can wear them w/ my leggings or slim jeans tucked in. But, they are dressy enough to pair w/ a dress/pair of tights for work. Love. I'm in love. Great quality. Heel is just enough. Has a flat look, but that slight elevation makes them more comfortable. Perfection.I take a wide shoe size normally, but based on what others said, I ordered a medium width and they fit perfectly.

I love these boots. I can never find boots to fit my calves. I am able to wear these with jeans and I can still zip them without having to hold them together. I wear a medium width and these were a little snug but after wearing them all day the boots have stretched and fit good. I did buy half size larger since it was sold out in my regular size, glad I did because may have been too small. Thanks Zappos for carrying hard to fit sizes. All of the other boots sold at plus size stores may fit but are not real leather like these boots. I do wish that the brown was a little lighter but I am still very happy. Also I ordered these on Saturday and the package arrived Monday, wow. I would definitely buy Fitzwell again, good product.

Love these. Had been looking for ages for boots to fit my extra-wide calves (18 inches), and these are perfect. They look a little like Fryes with the details, and have plenty of room in the calves--with skinny jeans on, I can put my entire hand between my leg and the boot comfortably. They're also super comfy. Highly recommend. One note, a lot of the reviews said to order a width size up. My advice is don't. I usually wear a standard width shoe, although I'm a little on the wide size. I wear these with athletic socks just fine, and am really glad I didn't get them in a wide.
