I am what you could call an eyeliner snob. I have tried to many brands of eyeliner, whether it is in pencil form, liquid form, gel, etc. I tried high end brands as well as drugstore brands. They all tend to smear really easily despite claims of being waterproof. I came upon this brand, Napoleon Perdis and I am wowed by this. It stays on all day! It's gotten to the point where my grandmother noticed that it hasn't smeared at all. Ladies, try it. You won't regret it.
