I love ordering from Zappos but my boots just arrived 12/22/11 and unfortunately, I'm packing them up to ship back the circumference is not 18 as one of the other reviewer's mentioned it's more like 15. I am so disappointed. I ordered the boots for Christmas - now I'm without boots!

I ordered this because I have wide calves and it said it was 18 inches circumference. I couldn't even come close to zipping it. It's probably more like 15 inch circumference. I even ordered the wide just to make sure, and it was tiny.

Thanks so much for the reviews. I was going to order them but after reading the reviews I realized that they will not fit my calfs. I was very disappointed as I really liked them.

Love these boots! Love the fit, the style, everything. My calves are smaller so the boot is perfect for my legs. Very stylish. The only downside is the arch support. I have flat feet so I tend to require more support. Other than that it's perfection.
