For someone who usually makes a mess of her nails (at least of her non-dominant hand) this brush is just what I needed. I know another reviewer said her nail tech wished the brush were bigger, but for us non-professionals, I think it's perfect to get right up against your nail bed but not make a mess. I work in a spa and we use OPI products, but they are nothing compared to BL. Like other reviews said, you should really wear a top coat as the shine is slightly dull without one. The color descriptions are pretty accurate also (someone said they didn't expect 'Big Smoke' to be blue, but it states it right there in the description). But another reason these polishes are so worth the price for me is that my manicures now last at least 5 days, closer to 7 usually, without me even noticing a blemish in them. That, for me, used to be impossible working with paper, cooking, and washing my hands 29 times a day is never good for polish! Side note: A good tip to get more wear out of your manicure is to file your nails very slightly every couple days and reapply a top coat.

I'm not a nail polish person, but I've ordered 6 of these so far: the basecoat, topcoat, royal navy, branwen's feather, blagger, and primrose hill picnic because the colors are so beautiful, and they make me happy. The polish doesn't chip and easily lasts a week. I'm going to order more colors because I'm obsessed.

'Chimney Sweep' is a deep rich grey with a tinge of beautiful blue. Very different, very pretty. I love these quality polishes. So worth the money.

I saw this polish in a magazine and I couldn't find it anywhere. I remembered Zappos has a beauty section and there it was. I took it to get a pedicure and was told that it went on well and so far has stayed perfectly for two weeks. It goes on as sort of a pewter, black and
almost a little blueish (the way that really dark hair is sometimes described as blue-black). Very pretty without being goth. Read the disclaimer about having to send this item by
ground. It took five days to receive. Not terrible, but compared to Zappos standard next day, it seemed long. Also, do not order any other items with these
ground-only products as you will wait five days for everything. Place separate orders so you get other items next day. Zappos is trying to do this already, and that is why they are the gold standard in online shopping.

I love the color
MacBeth! When you order nail polish online sometimes you cannot be sure the color is accurate to what is being shown. I wanted a nice orangey color.
Macbeth seemed to be selling out fast so I took a chance and I am so glad I did. The consistency of the polish makes it easy to paint on your nails. Sometimes you get a polish that is too runny but this is perfect. I love the descriptions of the nail polishes they really give a great accurate description. I will definitely be getting more of the different colors. This is the second time I ordered a nail polish and it did takes over a week and was separate from the other items in my shopping bag. I am not sure why. Maybe it comes from another location, but a week is kind of a long time so if you order nail polish order it earlier than you might need it. I was surprised because normally you get things super fast but not the nail polishes. But other that this is super awesome nail polish and Zappos!

I love ButterLondon nail polishes and was very pleased to find some colours unavailable anywhere else. I also really appreciate the free shipping. BL shipping is pricey and very slow. The colours are unique and flattering and the formula is a dream to work with. My only complaint is that Zappos places a label directly on the bottle which is difficult to remove. I also purchased a gift set and a large label was placed on the front of the box obscuring the view of the polishes and ruining the artwork on the box. Not great for gift giving but the set was a good price for three polishes and the free shipping was very fast. At any rate, I highly recommend ButterLondon nail polishes and wear them regularly.

Love it. It is more expensive, but worth it. Goes on well, doesn't seem to chip and this is a great year round color - even if you get a small chip, you can't see unless looking very hard.

First of all this is a very good nail polish, Have three colors Bumster, Knees up, and Blagger. The color on all three are really rich and vibrant. One coat is really all you need. It's thick but not tacky like the drugstore brands. And very fast drying. Bumster turned out not to be a color that didn't look good with my skin tone, but still great quality polish. Knees up was an amazing red. And blagger is a true rich cobalt blue. The only con is the price.

Love Butter London, I think their colors are right on trend. I purchased muggins thinking it was a gray purple. Once on its a strong lavender too purple for my taste but my best friend loved it. Like most nail polishes this one chipped 3 days after application. Applied with a top coat.

Love this product. Have used all of them the last 15 years - this product is the best in my opinion.
