shoes are nice and seem comfortable. They look good with tights and skirts, with leggings, and with jeans. I am not 100% sure I'm going to
keep them, as every time I go out I
end up choosing a different pair of
shoes to wear, so they might just not be my perfect style...but because Zappos lets me take my time to decide, I'm going to be extra sure before I send these nice
shoes back!

A great shoe! A great pair of
shoes! I've been looking for something I can walk and bike-commute in to work, carrying my bike up and down stairs without killing myself, and still arriving looking somewhat professional. This is it. I am extremely grateful to all the reviews that said this shoe runs a half to a full size small. I usually wear a 6.5 and I ordered a 7 -- fits beautifully, a very comfortable shoe. That said, the shoe is not quite as suede-like as one might expect. The leather feels like a top-grain, frankly - which I find preferable (typically more waterproof than suede, holds its shape better). My one criticism about the shoe is that it marks immediately across the instep (where one naturally bends at the toes when walking). I imagine that this is an issue of the kind of dye used, but it means that the shoe is suddenly two-tone within moments of putting it on and walking to the mirror to check it out. Otherwise, it's a shoe I'd been waiting for. Thanks, Zappos.

Got 10.5, as suggested and still have to send back for an 11. I usually wear a 10. Very cute and comfy when they fit.

sole, good angle on heel, cute, and a wonderful insole that's sort of egg-crate like for air circulation and lovely padding. Could wear all day.

Just got these so I don't have long term usage data, but upon first use, I found these to be the most comfortable heels ever. There is heavy padding on these - the only place it takes getting used to is right by the toes, but it didn't take long! Love these! Can't wait to see how they hold up over time. Perfect heels for jeans or khakis. Only wish this brand had more heel selections.

The shoe are very comfortable. Should maybe order a 7 1/2 wide instead of the 8. But still is fine when wearing a thicker sock. They are true to size.

I love this shoe. It is sleek yet casual. I love the lug
sole for our Minneapolis winters. Can wear this shoe instead of some big, clunky boots and still have good traction to and from the car. I am always a size 8 M, but I did have to order 8 1/2 to get the right fit.
