This shoe takes a little while to break in but after you do they are pretty comfortable. The rubber toe (top and front) are good for bike clips. The material is pretty durable and has stayed pretty clean. It is not waterproof, but you can bike through a pretty bad downpour and your socks will be dry, although the shoe will be really wet and will need to dry. Unfortunately, despite really wanting to love these
shoes, there are major drawbacks. Firstly, the heel is wearing out way to fast for such a pricey shoe. Secondly, there is no loop for the laces to prevent them from being caught in the pedal as the description claims. That is a pretty important for bike
shoes. Lastly, Chrome is very popular with the hipsters (I found this out after I bought the
shoes) so now I look like the people I hate.
