These are such beautiful socks but they are thinner than the other ones that I bought the same height and they start to ride down after a few hours. I still love them and probably will appreciate that they are thinner in the summer. I do like to wear them with boots such as Dr. Martens because they come up just above the top of the boot and protect my leg and the footbed is very comfortable (is that what you call the underfoot area of a sock whatever it is called that is very padded). The color is such a rich vibrant color.
