I'm happy to write a review for Zappos - something that I rarely take the time to do. However, this company has such excellent customer service - I actually received the
shoes I ordered the very next day - and I was delighted with everything about them. I can't say enough good things about Zappos - great customer service is a rare thing and they have mastered it. Thank you Zappos. And, of course, I will be ordering, in the future, again and again because you are so helpful and nice. The fact that you offer free delivery and return does not hurt either. Again, thank you Zappos for make me such a happy customer!
