The Crocs that I ordered for my granddaughter were the wrong size. My daughter-in-law contacted Zappos, sent the wrong one back and received the correct pair promptly. No fuss,no mess, no problem. One can t complain about solving a problem quickly, especially when it was a x-mass gift from grandpa.
