These
shoes have a very cushy footbed. The look of the shoe isn't bad. Unfortunately, the shoe feels like hard plastic and doesn't conform well to my feet. They run a little wide, and when I walk they flex open. If the leather was softer they might be a keeper, but these aren't comfortable and are going back.

I just love this shoe! My job is demanding and I am on my feet a lot (at the office) and to top that off my feet are wide and sensitive so I always have a difficult time finding a comfortable shoe that is trendy too! I like a flat shaped shoe but the arch area is always a problem for me because I need support in that area and this shoe gives it! My size always fluctuates between 8 1/2 and 9 and I ordered a 9 at first but it was too big. Sometimes I wear socks and sometimes just slip them on and go! I just adore this shoe! I am going to purchase another pair to have as back up - so when these
shoes wear out (eventually) I will have a new pair. Zappos is by far one of the best websites on the internet. I have been burned in the past (Newport.news) and Zappos customer service is outstanding and I love the videos and details on the
shoes. 5 stars!

Loved them, but even with a narrow, they were just too big in the toe box. When I tried a half
sole insert, it made the box at the toe too small.

I love these and they are very comfortable for walking, but they do run large. This is the first time I can remember a size 9 being too big for me. I had to put pads it the heels to be able to wear them.

Really disappointed, nice looking but a very strange fit - rubs the top of my foot by the toe tendon - seems it needs to be cut a little lower.

Not quite as cute as the photo. This shoe was actually too wide - a first for me! The toe area in the WW was just right but the rest of the shoe was just too wide. Length also felt significantly longer than usual. They're headed back.

This is my new favorite shoe. My only regret is that they don't have it in brown or navy. It's comfortable enough to wear all day, and looks great with slacks or jeans (they have just enough heel to go well with boot cut).

shoes -- way too big for size printed for my 9.5 foot. My daughter's size 10 feet walked right of this size too.
