These shoes are awesome. These are going to prove to be some very versatile shoes. They can be worn with jeans, chinos, cords, even dressed down slacks. The comfort level is great, and the fact that the material is waterproof is a big plus for the upcoming fall weather.

My 16 month old lives in these shoes. The leather is exquisitely soft, the sole is a great soft "gummy" rubber so it has great grip for running around. She never slips in them like she does in some of the harder rubber soled shoes. The strap sits low-ish on the foot so it doesn't press into or rub those chubby toddler ankles This brand is by far our favorite for fit, comfort, quality and style.

The shoes are cute and super soft. But they are very flat and provide no arch support. It is perfect choice for the first outdoor shoes for the baby with chubby feet, but these sandals won't work for a more experienced walker. I bought them for my 2.5 y.o daughter and I am going to return them. And besides lack of arch support the sole does not have enough traction, so these sandals are not suitable for the playgrounds.
