I've had this style in brown for 3-4 years. I just ordered another pair in "ocean". The leather top is adjustable in the arch, but it is not obvious that it's adjustable with velcro. The arch support is great. The sole is thick enough to cushion my feet from the concrete. They are much more supportive and comfortable than Mephistos. I recently have developed problem feet, and these are the best I have found for my feet. The look good too. They don't look like "health" shoes! They're pricey but I feel they're more worth their cost than Mephistos. I wear a 6B and the 36 fits me perfectly. The tops are very nice leather, and the tops are lined with a nice soft leather. They do not show wear quickly. The ones I've had 3-4 years look as good as when I bought them. I haven't worn them every day, but I am wearing them more often now because they're the only ones that make my feet feel good.
