I love all the Tretorn boots, of which even the basic ones will keep you warm enough in the winter but I got these anyway because the more the merrier. These feel cozy, good, like Uggs, will end up wearing them all winter. Only problem, that 'shearling' sheds at first so don't wear with dark pants that aren't easily delinted. Wish Tretorn would make the short ankle boot version they make for men because the width really is different from mens' to womens'. Better than mainstream Hunters (have those too), love the totally flat sole. They look more edgy.

Had a very difficult time deciding between the Langta and this Skerry. This is very cute. I love the tenni look and the soft warm lining. What finally decided it for me was that the lining does shed. If I had/wanted to wear these with leggings or tights I don't want to have white fuzz all over. They are comfy and cute.

I love these rubber boots. Before these I was frustrated that all the nice rubber boots either looked like fake riding boots OR they were so ridiculously heavy. Apparently only a handful of people like myself prefer that our shoes not weigh us down... These boots are not super light weight but they aren't that heavy. I love the trim. A lot of boots tend to be tight on my calves because I order the size 5 and these are snug but not tight (I can fit bootcut jeans into them if need be). Finally, the lining is awesome. Yes, it sheds like CRAZY at first but that goes away after a week. They don't shed on my jeans anymore, I'm not sure if they would shed on other, more static prone pants because I don't wear rubber boots with nice pants. They do shed a little more on stockings (esp the kind with hole patterns that catch the shear) so be careful. I wore them with stocking in the first week which was a mistake. I have not tried it since but I bet it would work better now that they no longer shed.

These are very comfortable. However, they are a little snug in the calves and one boot has a tendency to twist the pant leg around to the point it is unwalkable unless adjusted. I am unsure why it is just one leg.
