These sandals are very attractive because they are elegant looking on the foot--not overly dressy, just simple and non-fussy. The cork color (at least with the silver accent) is perfectly neutral against the skin and gives a streamlined look to an outfit, which is what I was looking for. (I think of them as the summer version of a nude color pump.) They are comfortable immediately--no breaking in. The heel is low enough to be stable, but still flattering. The two bands across the foot hit at the right spots and don't dig in anywhere. The quality is excellent for the price. I do agree with another commenter that the soles are slippery until you scuff them up or otherwise address that problem.

A very pretty summer shoe that goes with just about any piece of clothing (dress, slacks, capris). One thing to warn you about, the material used on the bottom of the heel (nylon) is very slippery when it comes to linoleum type floors. I took a rather bad fall wearing them in a restaurant. I took the shoes to my shoe repair and had rubber soles put on to avoid another unpleasant experience. This added another $15.00 to the shoes.
