The quality of the material (wool) is great. The finish is beautiful and stylish. The brim has a slight curve that stays permanent. The hat is very light and comfortable. I can barely tell I am wearing a hat. The tag states that it cannot be cleaned. Do not wash or dry clean. I am curious about this. I am very happy with my purchase, both with the hat and the service of Zappos.

This hat is great! The color is more of a warm grayish taupe. The material is super soft and very comfortable. High quality construction: seems like it will last a long time. I have a small head, and I am a woman, and this was the style I wanted and it fits perfectly!

This one is kind of lumpy. You can see it just barely on the mannequin. It looks like the hat should go over the ear but the mannequin doesn't have ears. And the hat looks funny over the ears. Push it above the ear and you get the lumpy side. Sent back.

Hat is poorly manufactured. Fits crooked on my head due to excess material on the right side. Fit is much larger than stated.

I just got these boots and they are simply gorgeous. They look even more amazing in person than online. I am 5,3' and have smaller calves than the average woman. While the circumference of the shaft is 16 inches, the boot looks amazing with short skirts/dresses, leggings, or worn over skinny jeans. They look perfect from the front and back. There is a little space around my calves from the side view...but the buckle details and slouch make it stylish. The color and style are one of a kind. They are worth the price. I think I'm going to keep them! Thank you Zappos for getting them to my doorstep the next day and thank you Pikolinos for making such perfect boots.

Gorgeous boot. Well made! Shaft is a bit narrow, I tuck my pant legs into my trouser socks to make them slip on easier. Comfortable.

These are the best boots and very comfortable even to wear to a retail job. I also love the fact that I can wear them with brown and black but it is just a beautiful style. They fit great even for wide feet. I was a 6 so went to a 6½ now.

Love them! Can wear casual or dress up. Shaft is a little bit tight but I'm sure will be fine as I break them in. Prompt delivery!

Classy boot. Very well made, made in Spain. The shaft and foot are a bit tight but I have purchased this brand before and they break-in rather quickly.

These are the best boots. I wore them in North Dakota in December and January and they held up to the extreme weather conditions. I also was able to wear them all day long without discomfort. My feet felt better that if I had spent the day barefoot. Zappos was also great as I got the boots within 36 hours as my other boots had cracked due to the extreme cold.

Absolutely gorgeous boots and well worth the high price tag. The leather is extremely high quality, soft and luxurious and the boots feel like a well-worn and much loved favorite, requiring zero break-in period. Kudos Pikolinos and Zappos alike!!

These were expensive boots, but it was totally worth it. The leather is soft and the heel height is just right for wearing all day. They are very comfortable.

This boot runs small and is fairly tight in the shaft but I am hoping to exchange for a larger size or stretch them a bit. Very comfortable otherwise and very stylish!
