The quality of the material (wool) is great. The finish is beautiful and stylish. The brim has a slight curve that stays permanent. The hat is very light and comfortable. I can barely tell I am wearing a hat. The tag states that it cannot be cleaned. Do not wash or dry clean. I am curious about this. I am very happy with my purchase, both with the hat and the service of Zappos.

This hat is great! The color is more of a warm grayish taupe. The material is super soft and very comfortable. High quality construction: seems like it will last a long time. I have a small head, and I am a woman, and this was the style I wanted and it fits perfectly!

This one is kind of lumpy. You can see it just barely on the mannequin. It looks like the hat should go over the ear but the mannequin doesn't have ears. And the hat looks funny over the ears. Push it above the ear and you get the lumpy side. Sent back.

Hat is poorly manufactured. Fits crooked on my head due to excess material on the right side. Fit is much larger than stated.
