Before I put these shoes on, I was impressed with how cute they were, but it took about one second after putting my foot in the first one, to get it OFF! Really tight toe box, very loose heel, and guess what: the laces are nonfunctional! So if you're planning on an oxford that you can lace up to fit your foot, forget it. I have narrow, flexible feet, and it's really important to me to have lace-ups that lace (same thing with so-called "adjustable" Velcro straps that are actually made to be used in only the position that they came in). Another thing that may escape your attention when looking at these on the website is that the shoe is cut very low, not like a traditional oxford at all. It amazes me that none of the reviews I looked at mentioned any of these extremely pertinent points. I was also surprised at how many people liked the shoes. I ordered them in a 9 (my usual size) and a 9.5 to be sure I would get the correct size, and they ran really large except for the toe box. The shoes are stiff and very uncomfortable. But they are very nice-looking, and the color (the light pinkish tan) is very pretty. If they fit you, lucky you!

This shoe is cute, but it feels light and a bit cheap. I am returning it because the shoe is very loose in the heel and slips off, even with wool socks. I had hoped to be able to wear this shoe at work (I'm a teacher), but it slips off my heel.

These are the best shoes I own. I will only buy shoes from this brand. Well made with comfort (but you must "break them in").

I usually wear a size 9, even 9.5 in some athletic shoes, but after reading the reviews I got an 8.5 and it's the right size -- roomy, even. I love the boyish look in women's proportions. I'll be wearing this with a tailored suit to look professional at work. It could have more arch support and a little tighter craftsmanship, but it's a good value and a great dress shoe.

I loved this shoe! It is true to its size and unfortunately I need it bigger. What a disappointment. Tell them to make more in all sizes.
