I bought these for my son after looking at many similar styles. He has wide feet and is very particular about the way a shoe feels (i.e., it is difficult to find
shoes for him). However, these
shoes are soft and flexible and he wears them willingly. There is even cushioning at the heel. Overall, I am very pleased.

This shoe wears like iron; I buy one pair, and they last all year . . . as long as my son doesn't grow out of the size during the year. I recommend the wide width as it is a little narrow.

These
shoes were a good purchase. My son has very wide feet. At first when he tried them on, he said they were tight, but just because they weren't his typical sneakers. After he wore them once he said they were fine. I just needed to tie them looser. They are dressy but can look more casual if needed. Because they are lace up, not slip on, it is easier to open them up wider. I bought 2 pair for him to try, and kept these.

From what my 6 year old says, they are very comfy. I've seen him play and run around on the playground during recess in these
shoes. Light, sturdy, comfortable and they look good with pants and jeans. I can't ask for a better combination on dressier
shoes!

I ordered the
Sperry Top-Sider for my five year old son to wear to school. He loves them! They are top quality, comfortable, leather
shoes. Zappos was also excellent in delivery!

We got Wide width as the shoe is a petite looking shoe and was too tight for my son. But it beats the bulky Academie
shoes. Looks great. We will have to update you how long it will lasts for the school year.

I love Zappos. The stores do not carry a good variety of boys
shoes for school. I bought 2 sizes and returned the one that did not fit, at no extra cost! My son has been wearing them everyday to school and says they are very comfortable.

I bought these for my son who attends private school. He wears them everyday of the school week. They are comfortable and really durable. He plays hard during recess, he's nine. I would highly recommend them to everyone. ;)

Great quality shoe. Purchased a pair for my 5 year old son. He's hard on
shoes and these have held up well. He finds them comfortable and he's only used to wearing athletic
shoes! Extra padding on the back edge helps shoe fit with out slipping/rubbing, so no complaints from him. Was worth paying a bit more - shoe quality is great!
