I am very particular about what I run and workout in. The only problem I had with these
shoes is that I did not have them 10 years ago. For running, I have always ran in
Brooks Adrenalines or
Asics Gel Kayanos. The more cushion the better, right? Wrong (at least for me). I am not a distance runner or anything, but usually run four or five miles a couple times a week. These
shoes are awesome. No shin splints. You have to get use to them, though, as you cannot heel strike. For Crossfit, I cannot imagine better
shoes. They are very versatile. You can go from Oly lifts to sprints very easily. I recommend these
shoes highly. For me, half size down worked best.
