It is my pleasure to write a review for Zappos. I was wow'd by the Zappos service. We had ordered sneakers for my son for the first day of school. They arrived with the right size on the box, wrong size sneaker in the box. I called Zappos and they went above and beyond! They sent the new sneakers overnight and upgraded my shipping for future orders. I was very impressed as the sneakers arrived less than 24 hours later. My son was thrilled. So thrilled he said "mom, I will always buy my sneakers from Zappos. As a leadership development professional, I was so impressed that the customer service team is empowered to make decisions on the spot that will benefit the customer and in the

These
shoes don't seem to need any more glowing reviews, but I have to agree that they seem to be THE cool shoe for young boys. My son is into the skateboarding "look" and these definitely fit the bill. At first we had to fiddle with the lacing - the fit is a little small and I personally am not used to (or particularly care for) the wide lace look (as if the
shoes aren't tied properly). But we worked it out and my son says they're comfy. He wants to wear them every day. Have to admit I'm being converted as a
Nike 6.0 fan.

These are absolutely awesome! That is all I can say about these

I bought these for my seven year old son and he loves them! They are really fashionable and not too over the top. My son likes the skater style so these were perfect
shoes for him. As a mom of three boys I would highly recommend these
shoes.

These sneakers are adorable, they seem to run true to size. My son is a 3 and they fit perfectly. Zappos has the best customer service I have seen in a while!

shoes! I ordered the wrong size to begin with and the customer service for the return was fantastic! They paid to ship the
shoes back and the new pair to me, plus the new pair arrived the very next day! Outstanding customer service and couldn't find a better price anywhere else online.
