My favorite socks! we need warms socks out here in the woods- we wear them to bed, in the barn, running from wolves and bears, in fact, we never take them off. They might be magical, who knows?

I love these socks! Warm yet thin enough for dress flats. And they do not shrink in the dryer like other wool socks! Would highly recommend them to others.

I have been wearing
Smartwool cable socks for over 10 years. They are the best. Warm in the winter and keeps feet dry in summer. I do wear them all year. All other socks have been eliminated at my house. Please
keep carrying them.

I've owned other
Smartwool socks that were much better than these. This wool shrunk and got out of shape with the first wash. The socks were short to begin with, and are even shorter now. This wool is a bit scratchy feeling too. I would not buy these again; not pleased with them.

These are hard to find in stores in a large and are the perfect winter weight here in New England for wearing with loafers or clogs or short boots. They are best if you do not put them in the dryer but are very forgiving if you do by mistake. Not particularly itchy, as wool goes, and healthier than poly. I wear a size 9 &1/2 shoe.

Well, I will admit I haven't worn these socks yet because it's stil summer, but, I bought them early. My cotton socks were not warm enough for me in the winter and I decided to go with something warmer. The quality looks great and I know they will not be itchy. I am looking forward to using them in the coming months. Yes, I would recommend this product.

I bought these for a trip to Africa during their Fall season. Temps will be in the 40's at night and warming up to the 70's during the day. The Tour Co. recommended wool socks and I cringed at the thought of itchy feet. These are wonderful. No itching, good temp. control as I tried them during an extremely mild winter in NC where we were having 70 degree temps. No sweating at all. Could not ask for more. Good color as well. The grayish/brownish color will blend with everything I am taking.

The best looking, most comfortable socks I've ever owned. I wear them most of the time especially in winter. I am sort of between sizes but I order the next size up and the fit is wonderful. Highly recommend.

Love these socks! Soft, comfortable, warm, and thin enough to wear with dress flats. Also, they stay up and don't sag, even after many washings. I love smart wool socks; and Zappos is the best place to buy them.

Smartwool socks are just "the best!" I especially love these because they are thin, yet they're super warm. My feet feel dry and comfortable no matter the weather or the
shoes I am wearing. I have trouble with swelling in my lower legs, so most sock bands are too tight. These are far less so than any others I have found.
