I have ordered twice now with Zappos and each time I received the shoes in the time frame that I was expecting and the product was exactly as pictured...very satisfied and will order with Zappos again!

Placed 2 different orders for these shoes, as I was ordering them for some friends as well as myself. Both times they showed up very quickly, and they fit great. I'll definitely be buying from Zappos in the future.

We have been ordering from Zappos for years. When my son's feet became larger than size 13 his options were very limited in stores. These DC shoes are well made, comfortable and long wearing. They can be thrown in the washing machine and dried on a shoe drier and hold up very well. A good choice for the boy who likes the skater shoe style. Zappos consistently delivers promptly and stand behind all their products. Free shipping and free return policy make this purchase a win win situation, and no going from store to store looking for a particular shoe style or color.

I purchased these for my husband and now he doesn't want to wear any of his other shoes. He is absolutely in love with his new DC's. Going to purchase a different pair so he can give these a rest. We live overseas and shipping to an APO address usually takes 2-3 weeks from other retailers. Shipments from Zappos almost always gets to us within 4-5 days. Very pleased!

I ordered 2 pairs of kids DC shoes and they arrived as ordered and very quickly. Unfortunately, I'd underestimated my son's growth! I returned them easily through the internet process and received the replacements in days. I called the help line with a question. Very helpful service AND they overnighted the replacements at no additional cost. Couldn't be happier with the service and my son was thrilled!

Good shoe. Sturdy, not falling apart yet (amazing for my son always finds away to tear them). Son says are comfortable. Sizes seem to run small though.

My 8 year old son thinks these are the coolest shoes. They do run very small. Order 2 sizes bigger than you would normally.
