NIKITA Clothing was founded in 2000 for girls who ride by Heida Birgisdottir in a small shop she had in downtown Reykjavik, Iceland. Heida knew that clothes should feel as good as it looked and should make a girl feel just as well, on the hill or in the city. Aside from the shop, she was guiding snowboard trips in Iceland, and also had a pretty serious passion for design, style, and fashion. Heida wanted something different, and from that came Nikita.

The first production was 40 fleeces. Nikita sold them exclusively in The Missing Link and they were made in Iceland, on the country-side. The present line has some of the most fashion-forward and sick hoodies, pants, jeans, dresses, tops, and tees. Vibrant in color and unique in cut, all Nikita clothes are sure to get anyone seen.

Today Nikita is available in 30 countries and represented by some of the coolest girls on the planet. Nikita participates in all kinds of happenings around the world, encouraging girls to live an active lifestyle. Being involved in the action is more fun than just looking cute on the sideline. Who says you can't do both anyway?
