The Jessica Bennett vendor has really done an injustice with the Houston. I bought these shoes but NEVER (not one time) have worn these sandals. They were stored in a "shoe pocket" since I received them. I found a few days ago that the metallic chains have fallen away from the material to which they were attached. Have I paid $150.00 for shoes so inferior they have disintegrated before I can wear them one time?\r\n\r\nThe Houston style is nice. When I tried them on I do not recall any problems but the construction quality is less than $3.00 shoes if those can be found.

I bought these shoes toward the end of last summer and loved them. But now they are falling apart. I didn\'t even wear them for the full season last year, and it is only mid July, so it is not a matter of ordinary wear and tear. First the metal started to rust, as another poster referred to above, and now the metal is simply unraveling, becoming unglued from the fabric strips underneath them. Very poor quality for a shoe at this price.

Comfy but rusted - I have been wearing these cute shoes for a little over 3 months. However, that ended when I noticed orange/rusty marks, especially where the metal design crosses over itself. It went from "cute shoes" to "is that rust?" I have been caught wearing them in the rain maybe three times but still this shouldn't happen at this price.

Great looking shoe - This is a great looking shoe which looks great with a summer dress or jeans. It's reasonably comfortable despite the lack of any padding and doesn't cause any blisters as the metal top is lined underneath. It also fits my feet although they're on the wide side of normal. Great addition to your summer wardrobe.

A Bit Loose - I have narrow feet and these slide around a bit because they are loose. They are reasonably comfortable and look nice, so overall I am pleased w/ the purchase.

Love them! I love these dressy flops. I have received countless compliments on them. I have not found them to be uncomfortable at all. However, there is a small spot where the top of the design rubs my toe. I expect this with any shoe I have to break in though.

Elegant Sandal - Sandal is slightly wide, requiring more care in walking. Length is true to size. It's lovely and goes with lots of summer attire.

So Close! I love these shoes and bought them in the Silver, BUT I wore them less than 8 times and the metal started turning a rusty color making the shoes look old and worn out. For the price, they shouldn't do this. I had to return them and opted to not get a replacement pair b/c I was told they would probably do it again. Other than the rusting and discoloration, the show is fantastic. I would just like it to last at least one season!

Comfy, dress, cute - Super comfy, the silver ones are not as bright as I was expecting which was good. I am a bit uncertain of how they will hold up in the long term, but they seem well made.

Gorgeous, But don't work for me - Like most thong sandal flats, they were stiff, and so I'm used to this. But the left sandal caused immediate pain on the inside of my second toe where it came into contact w/the thong part. I think it's just me--try them anyway, as they are beautiful and unique. Lovely quality.
