Beautiful look, stiff leather - This is such a gorgeous boot. The buckle detail at the top is subtle but it adds just that extra touch of sophistication. The slight platform makes me feel extra tall, which I need for my 5'2 self. My calves aren't particularly thick, but they're not thin, either; while I didn't have an issue zipping up these boots, there's no way I could wear jeans tucked into these. They also hit right below my kneecap - any higher and they just wouldn't work. While I absolutely adore the look of these, I'm a little disappointed in the feel - the leather is beautiful but stiff, and when I'm going down stairs the boot feels stiff and heavy (heavier than all my others, anyway) so it feels like I'm thudding down the steps. The leather really doesn't feel flexible at all. I've been wearing these for two months and they still don't feel broken in.

Beautiful but won't zip up. Very disappointed. The style is beautiful, classic and chic but my 15" calves will not fit in these. I read reviews and saw that one person said it fit her 15" calves but it did not fit mine. The ankle is also terribly loose, very strange combo of loose ankles and tight calves. The rest of it felt comfortable and it's really a bummer that such a beautiful boot is so poorly made to fit a very average sized calve.

LK from PA - These are gorgeous boots, they fit really well and are extremely comfortable, and the leather is stiff but hopefully will soften up with time, definitely a great value for the price...

Great boots - Love this boot. Very comfortable for a high heel. Looks good over jeans or with a skirt. At 5'2, often have a problem with tall boots going into my knee. This one fit nicely and ends a few inches short of my knee. This is virtually the same boot as the Pump Up by Charles David except for the Pump Up having suede at the top. Decided to keep this one since it's all Nappa and the price was better.

Great Boots! I wanted a pair of high heeled boots to wear with my jeans and these fit the bill perfectly. They look great and they are so very comfortable (and I'm not used to wearing high heels). I ordered them late in the day and Zappos still got them to me the very next day! I am so impressed with Zappos service, I will never shop anywhere else!!!

Gabriella Rocha Black Carly - I was looking for a round toe tall boot and this one fit my needs perfectly. The boot fits perfectly around my calf, no large gap at the top of the boot. I also like the strap and buckle detail at the top.
