Runs Narrow - I have feet that bear a resemblance to Fred Flintstone’s feet. I have trouble finding shoes to fit width wise. Annie’s pumps are a miracle, as they truly are wide when they say wide. These Yola’s I ordered in a WW, rather than my normal W, and I couldn't even get my feet in them. Cute shoe though.

Way too narrow for a WW--couldn't even get my foot inside all the way.

Not a wide width... Ordered this shoe as a wide width shoe but the top strap is so tight I couldn't even get my foot in. Sad because the shoe is pretty but please, don't advertise this as a wide width shoe. It's just not true. I will be returning these. The first time I've ever had to do that with an order from Zappos.

Pretty Sandal in "Rust"- I purchased this shoe in a "W," and was surprised that the width was smaller than expected. The straps across the sandal are attached in pairs, so I found that when I separated the sides a bit by carefully cutting the leather in between, it fit more comfortably. Also, the heel can be very slippery on hard/smooth floors.

Love these - These are terrific, versatile, all-purpose sandals that don't look dowdy or clunky. I got them in black and because of the brown beading I can wear them with almost anything, dress them up or dress them down. They are very soft and easy to wear, too; the heel is a nice height--enough to give your legs some shape, but not a bit uncomfortable.

I love this shoe - I ordered this shoe as a backup, just in case the Naturalizer tan sandals didn't fit. Because they don't come in a narrow width, I had to settle for a medium, so I was pretty sure they weren't going to fit. But I liked the look and thought, hey, it's worth a shot. Well, the Naturalizer Perth sandals fit perfectly and the Annie Yola’s were too wide and the exact same color as the other pair. So by all rights and reason, I should have returned them. Did I? Of course not. I completely fell in love with the look of them. The heel is a perfect height -- a little higher than the Naturalizer Perth and more what I was looking for. The medallion on the front made them fun and they looked so flattering on my foot. Only problem was that my foot slides forward in them since they were too wide. But you know what? It's summer. In the heat, feet swell a bit. So they're not so horribly wide after all. And in the end, I'm just a sucker for a good looking shoe. The picture doesn't do this shoe justice. It's much better looking on your foot. And very, very comfortable. Even though it's a wooden, wedge heel, the angle from toe to heel is perfect. I've spent hours on my feet in these shoes and they never hurt. I shouldn't have kept them, but boy, am I glad I did.

Excellent buy and service- I have purchased a lot of merchandise over the net but I have yet to find the fast service and great merchandise I have experienced with Zappos. They deliver what they promise.
