I have very high arches and it is hard for me to find a shoe with enough arch support. This shoe has great arch support! Problem is they are too big in the front area and my feet slide around in them. I am normally a true size 8.5 but in this shoe I would have gone with an 8 or even a 7.5. They feel a little clunky when I walk but that's probably due to the fact that they are too big for me. I will likely try something different next time or get these in a size smaller.

Great shoe – I wore these trekking in Nepal. There were no blisters, no "breaking in" issues, no sore feet; excellent value for the price. Highly recommended!

I really liked this one, nice coloring (I ordered the blue) not too heavy looking and the asymmetrical shaping really is effective. I found them very comfortable. Ultimately I decided to go with something with a less rigid sole due to the nature of my summer travel this year. If I could afford two pairs of shoes I definitely would have kept them. Give them a try!

Gorgeous, narrow, padded - Blue color: gorgeous in the looks department. Reminds me slightly of Keen with the rubber bumper on front, but less clownish. Fit me true to size, slightly narrow in the toe-box around little toe, not for wide feet. Very comfortable amount of padding and the perfect sole rigidity for good walking and hiking (not flexible enough for a running shoe!). Very stable shoe. I find the arch rise to be a tad long, that is, hits at the ball of the foot slightly. Love them otherwise and am quite pleased with the purchase, Zappos as always delivered promptly.

Best walking shoes- I am very particular about shoes. Wearing this shoe has shown me that, before this, I haven't had proper arch support. These shoes have just the right amount. Though true to size, I wore them with thin socks and that worked well. When walking home from work today, I suddenly realized that I wasn't thinking about my feet at all! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

A little too narrow for my med/wide foot - I purchased these shoes for a trip to the Grand Canyon, but I had to return them due to the width around the toe. My feet are somewhere between Medium and Wide, so I would not recommend this shoe for those who have wide feet.

Excellent trail/exercise shoes - I had some minor reservations when I bought these shoes - I usually like sneakers a bit darker in color, and more running-style - but I've ended up very pleasantly surprised and will definitely buy this brand again. The arch support, stability, and non-oppressive toe box were just what I was looking for. I use them for hiking and walking on a treadmill, and I haven't had any blisters or breaking-in period. The incredibly fast basic shipping from Zappos made the experience even better.

Fantastic Shoe - I wore these shoes backpacking for a month straight. They never needed to be broken in, they just immediately felt great and I highly recommend them.

Zappos is tops - The shoe is great but better even yet is Zappos delivery service. I ordered the shoe at 6 p.m. and it was in my mailbox at 2 p.m. the next day! And, I had a hike scheduled and was bummed I wouldn't have my new shoes, yet, there they were!

Excellent Shoe - I've worn this shoe hiking in Colorado, as well as wearing it all day long at work...as a nurse in a busy ER. I also have the Gore-Tex version which holds up well in wet conditions. I am now on my third pair of Nagevi's in Iraq. I LOVE this shoe. It's very comfortable, even the first day you wear them. They look great too!
