I got these shoes for my wedding. Unlike another reviewer, I find that the ivory is the perfect color for my ivory dress. The heel height is not too high or too low and the shoe does not pinch at the ball of the foot and is actually a little wide. The right shoe seems a bit larger and the strap is not as tight as the left, but it is easily adjusted.

I was expecting a pretty shoe after looking at the picture; however, it looks much nicer, richer in person. Out of the box it's a rich sapphire blue that looks like dupioni silk with dainty crystals across the toes for trim. Then I tried it on and walked around a bit. For a heeled shoe it was heaven. It has padding where you need it at the point where balls of your toes meet the shoe. I ordered the WW version and was happily surprised to see my pinkie toes did not hang off the edge of the shoe. I've occasionally had that problem where a poorly made shoe simply adds more to the upper without changing the width of the lower and calls it a W/WW. But the Annie Lola made the effort and I'm an extremely happy. Makes me wish I had more dresses to match the shoe.

This shoe is really cute, but I was a little disappointed when they arrived; one was the perfect size and the other was very loose and the back strap kept flopping off. They were the right size, but the strap with the holes punched for adjusting was about an inch longer than the other shoe's strap! I'm going to have to spend extra money to get this fixed by a professional because it was the only one left in my size and I am short on time. Even though it's costing more, they are still comfortable and very pretty if you can manage to get them without defects.

My order arrived in a timely manner and was completely correct. I was pleased as when ordering from the US and shipping to Canada, sometimes there are issues. There were none. I was very pleased. I truly wear a 10 1/2, but since most shoes are impossible to find in that size, I originally opted for a 10W. Width was too wide and ended up exchanging for an 11. I was married in Mexico so the larger size helped when the heat and humidity made my feet swell. Very cute shoe, not extremely comfortable but good for the time I had to wear them.
