Classic, sophisticated, comfortable shoe!
This shoe is amazingly comfortable and great for the office. It looks polished with suits/dress slacks, and the heel is perfect - not too high but just a little height to create a sophisticated look overall. The vamp is long enough that socks don't show (hardly) and so with pants you really get a nice, put-together look.

These shoes are so comfortable and very versatile. They look appropriate with nice pants or jeans. I will wear them quite a bit. I’m very pleased.

Great bag but too big for me -
I was looking for a bag that would hold everything, including the kitchen sink! When this bag arrived, I didn't realize just how big it is. Although the dimensions are stated, it's hard to appreciate them until you actually see the bag. This bag is a great bag for anyone who needs to carry a lot of stuff and wants to look fashionable doing it. Unfortunately, it was just too big for me. I wound up returning it, and the staff at Zappos.com was very helpful and understanding. Zappos.com is a class-act company.
