If you're like me with small feet and truly wear a size 4, skip these. I was very disappointed, as these fit more like a 5 or 5.5 on my foot. Otherwise, the shoe is beautiful. I can't comment on arch support or comfort over time. Pretty shoes, but they're much larger than marked.

I read reviews and decided to buy it but was disappointed after the first outside walk in them - my toes are walking on the pavement. I bought gel pads and it became a little better, but still they are not as comfy as I'd like. I kept them just for restaurants.

The shoe is not as fancy as I thought, but it is VERY comfortable. I am happy with my purchase! It feels a bit larger than I thought, but it just adds to the comfort.

These shoes were exactly as pictured but seemed painfully tight across the toes. I do have slight bunions which might be the reason. But I have ordered other shoes from Zappos in M width with no tightness problems. For someone with a narrow foot in the toe area, this would be a good choice. I got these shoes in 1 business day... great service Zappos!

HOT, HOT, HOT-
Okay I bought these for a wedding I'm in. They aren't a "true" black. My first thought was how comfortable they were. Second thought, dang my feet look hot in these. Lol I'm not much of a heel wearer, but I may buy another pair. Plus the price is right! They do feel a lil larger then size marked, but not a 1/2 size larger.

This shoue is really comfortable. I wasn't expect it (with open toes and high hill). And they look sexy and romantic. I love them.

Love the shoe! Very comfortable. Ordered black python. Is more of a charcoal/grey than black. Still LOVE the shoe though. Am going to order more in other colors!

Hot but they hurt-
These shoes are so hot!! But I had to return them because they killed my feet. The strap dug into the top of my foot, but the heel kept sliding off. So even a bigger size wouldn’t have done the trick. If your foot is very narrow, these might work. But the shoe is sexy.

Love the shoes!
They are chic and comfortable. I got the gold in 37. The footbed is in gold but the upper leather is more like beige so they are more casual then dressy. Perfect shoes for a summer day. They do run a little loose but I think the 36 would have been too tight for me so I added a gel ball insole and now they fit perfectly.
