I bought these just because I thought they were cute, but I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable they are. No pinching or rubbing, just a great fit!

I have found Zappos to be a first class company. This was my first experience with Zappos and one of the items that I received didn't fit well. I was able to return them without any hassle and at no additional cost to me for the postage and handling. My account was credited immediately without pressure to change what I returned. The shoe I did keep is comfortable enough for me to wear. I say this because I have very bad feet and most attractive shoes are too painful to wear. The only thing I would change is the heel was a little longer than I anticipated. At age 58, comfort comes before vanity.
